Each project contains a combination of stages to be managed. These stages could include: Design, shop detailing, procurement, fabrication, corrosion protection, delivery and erection of structural steelwork and sheeting, etc.
Projects are managed in respect of performance, progress against programme, quality, safety and handover by our competent contract management team. Once a contract is awarded, a Contract Launch meeting is held, where the management and other key role players are comprehensively briefed on the scope and requirements of the contract. Quality Control Plans (QCP) are compiled to ensure that all project quality requirements are met. Construction programmes are generated using Microsoft Project, detailing all activity milestones. Weekly production is monitored at item level and progress reports are made available upon request. For the duration of the contract, Contract Review Meetings are held at agreed intervals to monitor progress and performance.
